1. Barbados Driving Permits:

To drive in Barbados it is mandatory to obtain a Barbados driving permit, these may be purchased for US$ 5.00 by our Rental Agents. These permits are valid for two month.

2. Age and License Requirements:

​

 Drivers must be over 21 and under 80 years old. Each driver must have held a valid driving license for a minimum of two years – this license must be presented at the time of delivery of the rental vehicle.
#NOTE – Drivers over 70 years old must present a doctor’s certificate of competence.

3. Extension of Hire: 

​

Requests for extension of the hire should be made 24 hours prior to the return date, while we make every effort to allow extensions, these requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy:  

​

Clients are asked to inform us as soon as they know that they need to cancel the reservation. The reservation status will be changed to No Show if the client has not shown up for the car within 24 hours, and has not contacted us to change the delivery details.

5. Fuel Policy:

​

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid refueling charges.
In the event that the hirer returns the vehicle with an empty tank, or less than the fuel level it was hired out on, the cost of gas plus an administrative fee will be charged to the hirer’s credit card to recover these costs.

6. Equipment:

Children safety seats are available for US$5.00 per seat per day.
GPS systems are available for US$5.00 per day.

7. Extra Drivers:

There is an extra driver’s charge of US$ 5.00 per day

8. Insurance: 

​

With our rate of hire, the vehicles are comprehensively insured except for a deductible of US$ 750.00 in case of loss, accident or damage to the vehicles – regardless of fault. An optional Extra Protection (E.P.) is available and recommended to cover this deductible. If this E.P. is purchased, responsibility for the deductible is reduced to US$125. E.P. does not cover damage to tyres/rims/vehicle canvas tops or cigarette burns to upholstery. Upon return, one of our agents will inspect the vehicle, and determine if the vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was received.

9. Payment Methods: 

We accept payment by cash and via Visa, Mastercard and Discover Credit Cards.

10. Roadside Assistance:
We operate a 24-hour support service and we are always just a telephone call away. The renter may not effect any repair on the vehicle unless authorized by the company to do so.
